    Food composite bag printing should adjust the roller pressure appropriately; if the ink color is too heavy and the solid base is too large, it will easily stick to the ink roller. Therefore, the pressure of the roller should be reduced before the vacuum composite bag is printed, and more additives or adhesives should be added to the ink to ensure uniform pressure. When the packaging bag is printed, the rubber will be rubbed if it is not careful; if the ink color is too heavy, the solid base is too large, it is easy to stick the rubber or stick to the ink roller. Therefore, the pressure on the cylinder should be reduced before printing, and the lining in the rubber should be reduced. In order to avoid rubber sticking and rubber rolling, it is necessary to add more additives or adhesives to the ink. At the same time, it is optimistic to avoid double sheets, multiple sheets and paper skew, and to ensure uniform pressure without rubber rolling.

    However, low-speed gravure printers have monotonous low power, which will cause excessive solvent residues. As for the high-speed gravure printing machine, due to the high speed of the machine, there is no need to add too much slow-drying solvent to adjust the monotonic speed of the ink. At this time, the ink viscosity is low, and the ink layer is thin after transfer. With larger air volume and suitable drying temperature, a good drying effect can be obtained. In view of the excessive printing solvent residue caused by the high temperature and high humidity environment, the gravure printing composite bag manufacturer should use a gas chromatograph for real-time monitoring to prevent malfunctions. Generally speaking, before printing or laminating, the food bag needs to be surface treated to increase the surface tension of the food bag, so that the printing and laminating can proceed smoothly. In summer, the environment of high temperature and high humidity has a significant impact on the production of food bag gravure, because now food bag companies still use solvent-based gravure ink as the main product. High temperature will only promote the rapid evaporation of organic solvents in the ink, and high humidity will only change the viscosity of the ink, thereby affecting the quality of food bag gravure printing. In addition, most food bag companies use a large amount of slow-drying solvents in summer gravure production. For example, the slow-drying solvent butyl ester in benzene-free and ketone-free ink accounts for a large proportion. Especially for low-speed gravure printers, in order to ensure the printing effect, a large amount of butyl ester needs to be added, especially in the shallow mesh area.
